Returns

You are entitled to return your purchases from Juxora within a 30-day period following the delivery date. Items should be in their original state: unused, unopened, with all original tags attached, and within their initial packaging.

Retain your receipt or any proof of purchase for these transactions. Initiate a return by reaching out to us at info@juxora.com. Upon our confirmation, we will supply instructions for the next steps.

We cannot accept returns that are dispatched back to us without prior consent.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours after your order has been placed. To cancel, send an email to info@juxora.com with your order number and cancellation request. Regrettably, we are unable to cancel orders that are already in the process of being shipped or have been shipped.

Refused Packages

Be advised that packages that are refused upon delivery, or not received due to customer negligence (such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or not picking up the package), will not be refunded.

Damages or Discrepancies

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. Should there be any damages, defects, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately to rectify the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Warranty

We guarantee that all of our products are of merchantable quality. The warranty only applies in rare cases when there is a manufacturing defect. It does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.

Refunds

We will notify you about the approval of your returned item after a thorough inspection. Should your return be approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that the processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after the approval of your return, please contact us at info@juxora.com.
